بهینه سازی متغیرهای عملکرد و آلایندگی موتور دیزل با استفاده از سوخت دیزل – روغن الکل به کمک روش سطح پاسخ

چکیده

امروزه تمایل به تحقیق در زمینه سوخت های زیستی بر پایه الکل افزایش یافته است. روغن الکل، الکل با زنجیره طولانی بوده که محصول جانبی فرایند تولید بیواتانول به شمار می‌رود. در این تحقیق به بررسی عملکرد و آلاینده های موتور دیزل در ترکیبات مختلف روغن الکل در 5 سطح مختلف شامل (%0، %5، %10، %15 و %20)، بار (%0، %25، %50، %75 و %100) و سرعت موتور (1400،1700،2000،2300 و rpm 2600) به کمک روش سطح پاسخ (RSM) و طرح آزمایش مرکب مرکزی (CCD) پرداخته شد. بهینه‌سازی چند هدفه به منظور بیشینه کردن توان، گشتاور موتور وکمینه کردن مصرف سوخت ویژه وآلاینده ها شامل CO، CO2، UHC، NOX انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از بهینه سازی نرم افزار میزان روغن الکل% 57/11، سرعتrpm 2264 و بار %40 به عنوان ترکیب بهینه بدست آورده و مقادیر گشتاور، توان و مصرف سوخت ویژه به ترتیبN.m 9/10،Kw 9/1و Kg/Kw.hr 5/354پیش بینی گردید. میزان آلاینده های موتور شامل CO، UHC، CO2 و NOX در این نقطه به ترتیب 19/0، 5/54، 34/2 و 7/87 درصدحجمی بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش در میزان نسبت روغن الکل، توان و گشتاور موتور در دورهای متفاوت موتور افزایش یافته و میزان NOX و UHC کاهش می یابد.
