مدلسازی سه بعدی فرایند احتراق در یک موتور اسکرمجت با لحاظ کردن مکانیزم شیمیایی چند واکنشی
ددر این مقاله، فرایند احتراق در یک موتور اسکرم جت DLR با لحاظکردن مکانیزم شیمیایی چندواکنشی مدلسازی و تحلیل شده است. تحلیل انجام شده به کمک نرم افزار فلوئنت و به صورت دوبعدی و سه بعدی انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که عملکرد کلی موتور اسکرمجت در حالت سه بعدی شبیه به حالت دوبعدی است. مقدار نیروی پیشرانش و بازده احتراق در شبیهسازی سهبعدی بهترتیب 0.9% و 1.4% با حل دوبعدی تفاوت دارد. به منظور درنظرگرفتن اثر تعداد واکنشها بر روی فرایند احتراق، احتراق هیدروژن به صورت دوبعدی با 19 زیرواکنش نیز شبیه سازی شده است. نتایج حل نشان می دهند که عملکرد کلی اسکرم جت در حالت ت کواکنشی و چندواکنشی مشابه است. بررسی ها نشان می دهد نیروی پیشرانش و بازده احتراق در حالت چندواکنشی به ترتیب 4/1% و 4/4% با حالت تک واکنشی فرق دارند. در نقاطه مقابل، ناحیه فروصوت در حالت سه بعدی و چندواکنشی به ترتیب 48.9 و 17.7 درصد بیشتر از حالت پایه امتداد پیدا کرده است.

مطالعه عددی جریان سه بعدی داخل مجرای تخلیه اتمایزر مایع هوادهی شده در نسبتهای هوادهی مختلف
چکیده: میدان جریان دوفازی در بالادست روزنه تخلیه اتمایزر مایع هوادهی شده، در دبی مایع 0.38 لیتر در دقیقه و در نسبتهای دبی جرمی گاز به مایع مختلف 0.32%،0.62% و 1.24% به صورت عددی مطالعه شده است. شبیهسازی سه بعدی جریان داخل اتمایزر با استفاده از روش حجم سیال انجام شده است. به دلیل سرعت بالای گاز هواده در روزنههای خروجی لوله هوادهی، این گاز در همه نسبتهای هوادهی به صورت گاز ایدهآل فرض شده است. نتایج مطالعه برای هر نسبت هوادهی به صورت کانتورهای کسر حجمی گاز نیتروژن در زمانهای مختلف و کانتورهای سرعت ارائه شده است. کانتورهای کسر حجمی گاز نیتروژن، مطابق نتایج تجربی، نشاندهنده حاکم بودن رژیم جریان حلقوی در درون مجرای تخلیه اتمایزر شبیهسازی شده در همه نسبتهای هوادهی مورد بررسی است. همچنین، مشاهده شد که با افزایش میزان هوادهی، علاوه بر کاهش ضخامت فیلم مایع در مجرای تخلیه، تغییرات این ضخامت در طول مجرا نیزکاهش مییابد. از این رو، میتوان پیشبینی کرد که قطرات اسپری حاصل از اتمایزر مایع هوادهی شده در نسبتهای هوادهی بالاتر، به دلیل کاهش ضخامت فیلم مایع در مجرای تخلیه، ریزتر بوده و به دلیل کمتر شدن تغییرات ضخامت فیلم مایع درون این مجرا، یکنواختتر باشد.

بررسی عددی اثر دمای آب اضافه شده به سوخت اکتان بالا در یک موتور اشتعال تراکمی با واکنشپذیری کنترلشده (RCCI)
کاهش مصرف سوخت و آلایندگیها و نیز افزایش توان و بازدهی از اهداف مهم پژوهشهای حوزه موتورهای درون سوزند. باتوجهبه اثرات مثبت افزودن آب به مخلوط سوخت و هوای ورودی از منیفولد یک موتور درون سوز دماپایین، این مقاله به اثر تغییر دمای آب اضافهشده به سوخت اکتانبالا در یک موتور درون سوز اشتعالتراکمی با واکنشپذیری کنترلشده و سوخت دوگانه بنزین–دیزل میپردازد. دمای آب در بازهی 20 تا 60 درجه سلسیوس تغییر میکند.در این راستا، در حالی که مشخصه توان خروجی تقریباً ثابت نگه داشته شده است، آب با نسبتهای جرمی مختلف جایگزین بنزین میشود، بهگونهای که میزان کاهش سوخت معادل مقدار آب افزوده باشد، اما جرم سوخت دیزل بدون تغییر باقی میماند. برای شبیهسازی عددی، از نزمافزار AVL-Fire بهصورت کوپل با کد سینتیک مفصل شیمیایی استفاده شد. با مقایسه نتایج عددی با نتایج آزمایشگاهی در شرایط مشابه، نتایج عددی اعتبارسنجی شدند. نتایج نشان میدهند، با افزایش نسبت جرمی آب تا 10درصد، فشار و دمای محفظه احتراق و نیز آلایندگی اکسیدهای نیتروژن به حد قابل توجهی افزایش مییابد، ولی با افزایش آب تا نسبت جرمی 15درصد، روند کاهشی دیده میشود. ادامه روند افزایش نسبت جرمی آب تا 20 درصد دوباره روند افزایشی را درپی دارد، با این تفاوت که در این نسبت جرمی دمای محفظه احتراق و آلایندگی اکسیدهای نیتروژن، علیرغم افزایش مشخصههای توان، افزایش چشمگیری نداشتهاند. در ادامه، با درنظرگرفتن نسبت جرمی 20 درصد، بررسی اثرات افزایش دمای آب اضافهشده روند رو به بهبودی را نشان میدهد، بهطوری که بیشینه میانگین فشار داخل محفظه احتراق افزایش یافته، منجربه افزایش جزئی فشار متوسط مؤثر اندیکاتوری میشود. ازطرفی، بهدلیل افزایش سطح تکمیل احتراق، آلایندگی CO بهحد چشمگیری کاهش مییابد. همچنین، مصرف سوخت ویژه اندیکاتوری تا مقدار 2 درصد کاهش مییابد.

بررسی اثر ابعاد هندسی پاشنده بر عملکرد محفظه احتراق رانشگر دومولفهای
استفاده از احتراق پیشرانههای خودمشتعل در رانشگرها، به دلیل دمای بالای محصولات احتراق، سبب افزایش ضربه ویژه میشود. در این مقاله، با استفاده از یک نرمافزار توسعه داده شده، فرایند احتراق درون رانشگر دومولفهای بهصورت یکبعدی و با استفاده از سینتیک شیمیایی شبیهسازی میشود. در این راستا، مدلهایی برای پاشش، تبخیر قطرات، تشکیل فیلم مایع و محاسبات مربوط به انتقال حرارت از فیلمهای مایع و گازی و احتراق به کار گرفته شده است. با استفاده از این نرمافزار، رفتار رانشگر آستریوم با سوخت منومتیلهیدرازین و اکسنده تتراکسید نیتروژن شبیهسازی شده است. با بهرهگیری از مکانیزم شیمیایی گسترده 1619مرحلهای، نتایج شبیهسازی عملکرد رانشگر در دبیهای مختلف اعتبارسنجی شده است. سپس، اثر ابعاد هندسی پاشنده بر فرایند تبخیر قطرات و نیز احتراق مورد بررسی دقیق قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که بزرگشدن پاشنده سبب افزایش طول تبخیر قطرات شده و ساختار شعله درون محفظه احتراق تغییر میکند، به نحوی که محصولات احتراق با دمای بالاتر وارد نازل شده و درنتیجه ضربه ویژه رانشگر افزایش مییابد.

بررسی عددی اثر مکان پیلوت بر بلندشدگی شعله جت آشفته با سطوح مختلف ناهمگنی در محفظه احتراق
احتراق مخلوط واکنشدهندههای ناهمگن نوعی از احتراق است که در آن اختلاط سوخت و هوا بهطور کامل انجام نمی شود. این تحقیق به بررسی عددی اثر مکان پیلوت بر بلندشدگی شعله جت آشفته با سطوح مختلف ناهمگنی در محفظه احتراق پرداخته است. در این بررسی عددی، از مدلسازی معادلات ناویراستوکس بهروش میانگینگیری رینولدز و مدلسازی آشفتگی k-ε استاندارد و مدلسازی جریان واکنشی روش اتلاف گردابهای EDC استفاده شده است. مشاهدات نشان میدهد که ارتفاع بلندشدگی شعله با افزایش طول ناهمگنی کاهش یافته و در طول ناهمگنی مشخصی که وابسته به نسبت همارزی و مکان پیلوت است، شعله به پایه می چسبد. در تمام حالات مورد بررسی، محدودهای از طول های ناهمگنی یافت شد که در این طولها شعله چسبیده بود. نتایج نشان میدهد که ارتفاع بلندشدگی شعله در حالت غیرپیشمخلوط بیشتر از حالتی است که مخلوط سوخت و هوا بهصورت تقریباً پیشمخلوط در محفظه مشتعل میشوند. هرچه نسبت همارزی افزایش پیدا میکند، ارتفاع بلندشدگی کمتر میشود. براساس سه مکان مورد بررسی در دیوار جانبی برای مکان پیلوت و نتایج بهدستآمده، پیلوتی که در محدوده وسط دیوار جانبی بود ارتفاع بلندشدگی کمتر و محدوده چسبیدن شعله بیشتری داشت. همچنین، ناحیه شعله در داخل محفظه با تغییر طول ناهمگنی تغییر میکند.

حذف سوخت مایع و کاهش مصرف انرژی با بهینه سازی عملکرد احتراقی کلساینر سیمان به وسیله شبیه سازی عددی
بهینهسازی و کاهش مصرف سوخت و در نتیجه حفظ منابع اقتصادی ملی، از اهداف مهم در اقتصاد هرکشوری است که در سالهای اخیر در ایران نیز حایز اهمیت شده است. استفاده از گاز طبیعی بجای سوخت مایع (مازوت) و کاهش مصرف انرژی در صنایع انرژیبری همچون سیمان میتواند از راه حلهای مناسب برای دستیابی به این خواسته باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی و کاهش آلاینده های حاصل از احتراق در کلساینر کارخانه سیمان هرمزگان می باشد. برای این منظور ابتدا با استفاده از شبیهسازیهای عددی میدان جریان احتراقی و فرآیند کلسیناسیون مدل سازی شده است. سپس با ارائه راهکارهای مهندسی و بررسی به کمک ابزار شبیه سازی عددی، بهینه سازی مصرف انرژی و حداقل سازی تولید آلاینده انجام شده است. در ادامه راهکار پیشنهادی به صورت عملیاتی در سایت مربوطه اجرا شده و صحت بهینهسازیهای فوق ارزیابی شده است. مطالعه حاضر منتج به کاهش 6% مصرف انرژی در سایت مربوطه شده است.

بررسی عددی افزودن بخارآب به هوای احتراق دیگ بخار صنعتی
چکیده مسائل زیست محیطی و آلودگی هوا در سالهای اخیر توجه بسیاری را به خود جلب کرده است. نیروگاههای حرارتی ازجمله عوامل آلودهکننده هوایند. یکی از راهکارهایی که برای احتراق بهتر و آلایندگی کمتر در سیستمهای احتراقی، ازجمله توربینهای گاز، به کار رفته ایده افزودن بخار آب است. در این تحقیق، مد نظر بوده تا با ایده افزودن بخار آب به توربین گازی کاری مشابه در دیگهای بخار انجام شود که برای این کار یک محفظه احتراق تکمشعل متقارن محوری 11 مگاواتی با استفاده از نرمافزار متنباز OpenFoam و حلگر ReactingFoam مدل شده است. برای شبیهسازی، معادلات بقای جرم، تکانه، انرژی و گونه بهصورت کوپل باهم حل شدند و تصحیح فشار در معادلات تکانه طبق الگوریتم PIMPLE انجام شده است. مدل بهکاررفته برای اغتشاش مدل ، مدل تشعشعی fvDOM، مدل احتراقی استفادهشده PaSR و مکانیزم واکنش GRI-3 بوده که شامل 53 گونه و 325 واکنش است. برای اعتبارسنجی حلگر و مدلهای بهکاررفته، از مسئله معیاری استفاده شده که یک مشعل ساده بوده و نتایج تجربی آن موجود است. بعد از اثبات صحت حل، مسئله ذکرشده شبیهسازی شد که مشاهده شد در محفظه احتراق در حالت هوای خشک دما و بهتبع آن ناکس تولیدی زیاد است. دمای شعله در محفظه بعد از تزریق بخار در سه نسبت 5، 10 و 15 درصد از کل هوای ورودی کمتر شده بهصورتی که دمای شعله 370 درجه کلوین پایین آمد و همچنین مقدار NO خروجی 81 درصد و مقدار خروجی 76 درصد کاهش پیدا کرد، اما مقدار خروجی OH 7/2 برابر شد. در عین حال، آلایندگیهای کربنی و بهطور خاص برای گونه CO، که مورد توجه تحقیق حاضر است، 58 درصد افزایش یافت و به مقدار ppm 17 رسید، اما همچنان از استاندارهای ملی و اروپایی بسیار کمتر بود.
