Hydrogen cyanide, known as one of the most important and toxic gases, is the exhaust gas from heat treatment of polymers containing nitrile groups, such as polyacrylonitrile (PAN). In this paper, the mechanism of hydrogen cyanide production from polyacrylonitrile pyrolysis has been presented and also the amount of hydrogen cyanide emitted by furnaces producing carbon fiber has been evaluated in a research center in Iran. The amount of released Hydrogen cyanide was measured and presented for two production stages of 150 and 196 carbon fiber and at three different locations; the oxidation furnace, high temperature furnace and before entering the gas purification unit. As expected, the maximum amount of cyanide was observed in HT furnace and the production of the cyanide emission was doubled in 196 carbon fiber mode. The main goal of this paper is to select an appropriate system to eliminate discharged pollutants from the furnaces which is an important issue in the field of combustion and furnace. For this reason, various systems have been surveyed to reduce the amount of hydrogen cyanide. This method has been selected due to the fact that absorption is the appropriate system for removing pollutants with various concentrations in different flows. Furthermore, it is a much less costly method in comparison to the other ones. Moreover, for eliminating hydrogen cyanide by the absorption strategy, a system which consists of two consecutive packed towers is simulated by the aid of powerful Aspen Plus software and Electrolyte NRTL-RK thermodynamic package. The optimum values of operating parameters such as fluid flow, temperature and equipment parameters like the height of the columns were proposed.}, keywords = {Polyacrylonitrile,carbon fiber,Hydrogen Cyanide,Furnace,Absorption}, title_fa = {بررسی  سازوکار و میزان تولید هیدروژن سیانید در کوره‌های سوزاندن پلی اکریلونیتریل و پیشنهاد روش مناسب جهت حذف گاز سیانید}, abstract_fa = {امروزه جوامع قوانین سخت‌گیرانه ای برای حد مجاز آلاینده‌های هوای خروجی از واحدهای صنعتی تصویب کرده‌اند. هیدروژن سیانید، که یکی از مهم‌ترین و خطرناک‌ترین گازهاست، آلاینده خروجی از فرایند حرارتی پلیمرهای دارای گروه‌های نیتریل مانند پلی اکریلونیتریل است. در این مقاله، مکانیزم تولید هیدروژن سیانید از پیرولیز پلی اکریلونیتریل بیان‌ شده و مقدار هیدروژن سیانید خروجی از کوره‌های تولید الیاف کربن در یک واحد تحقیقاتی در ایران ارائه شده است. مقدار هیدروژن سیانید خروجی در سه نقطه کوره اکسیداسیون، کوره دما بالا و قبل از ورود به واحد تصفیه در دو حالت تولید 150 و 196 لیف ارائه شده است. بیش‌ترین مقدار آلاینده خروجی در کوره دما بالا مشاهده شد و در حالت تولید 196 لیف کربن، انتشار هیدروژن سیانید به دو برابر افزایش یافت. هدف اصلی در این مقاله انتخاب سیستمی مناسب جهت حذف آلایندههای خروجی از کوره هاست که مسئله حائز اهمیتی در حوزه کوره و احتراق محسوب می شود. بدین منظور سیستم های مختلف برای کاهش مقدار هیدروژن سیانید خروجی بررسی شدند و با توجه به آنکه جذب سیستمی مناسب برای حذف آلاینده‌ها در دبی‌ها و غلظت‌های متفاوت است و همچنین روشی با هزینه کمتر نسبت به سایر روش هاست، این روش انتخاب شد. در ادامه، برای حذف هیدروژن سیانید توسط روش جذب، سیستمی شامل دو  برج جذب آکنده متوالی با استفاده از نرم افزار قدرتمند Aspen Plus و بسته ترمودینامیکی Electrolyte NRTL-RK  شبیه‌سازی شده و مقدار بهینه پارامترهای عملیاتی نظیر غلظت سود، دبی مایع و دمای مایع و پارامترهای تجهیزات نظیر ارتفاع برج‌ها پیشنهاد شدند.}, keywords_fa = {الیاف کربن,پلی اکریلونیتریل,هیدروژن سیانید,کوره,جذب}, url = {https://www.jfnc.ir/article_46189.html}, eprint = {https://www.jfnc.ir/article_46189_c0c5f59ce90276f7bd216e3ee78dd00c.pdf} }
