طراحی آزمونگر محفظه احتراق توربین گاز و آزمایش محفظه نمونه در شرایط اتمسفریک

چکیده

در این مقاله، به طراحی و ساخت آزمونگر محفظه احتراق توربین گاز و آزمایش محفظه نمونه در شرایط اتمسفریک پرداخته شده است. از این آزمونگر می‌توان به­منظور بررسی اثر تغییرات هندسی بر روی عملکرد محفظه احتراق، استخراج نقشه‌ اشتعال‌پذیری و پایداری، بررسی ترکیب گازهای خروجی، توزیع دمای گازهای خروجی و دمای جداره‌ محفظه‌ استفاده کرد. آزمونگر ساخته­شده، قادر به آزمایش محفظه احتراق تا حداکثر دبی هوا 800 مترمکعب بر ساعت بوده و قابلیت پیش‌گرم­کردن هوای ورودی به محفظه تا حداکثر دمای 1000 کلوین را دارد. این آزمونگر قادر به انجام آزمایش با انواع سوخت‌های مایع، گاز طبیعی و LPG است. یک قطاع تک­انژکتوره محفظه احتراق حلقوی در مقطع آزمون نصب شده است. محفظه در شرایط اتمسفریک و دبی هوا و دبی سوخت مختلف آزمایش شده است. نتایج بیانگر آن است که دمای گازهای خروجی از محفظه احتراق به­صورت غیرخطی با افزایش نسبت سوخت به هوا افزایش می‌یابد. با استفاده از مدل یک­بعدی، دمای خروجی از محفظه احتراق پیش­بینی شده و با نتایج تجربی مقایسه شده است. مدل مذکور روند تغییر دمای خروجی از محفظه احتراق را به­خوبی پیش‌بینی می‌کند.
